Randy Souza, Manager of Technical Services

Randy was the first Graduate Intern at CCTS, and enjoyed the work so much that he decided not to leave. So far, the Center and the University have obliged by making him the Manager of Technical Services. Randy oversees design and development for most CCTS projects. He also does a lot of the research, design, markup, and programming.

Randy and his wife Naida moved to Maryland in 2002 when Randy enrolled in UB’s Interaction Design and Information Architecture master’s program. Before the move, Randy spent five years at Forrester Research in Cambridge, MA, writing research and advising large companies on web design, development, and measurement.

Randy spends his spare time bicycling, finishing his master’s project, and playing what, if you really use your imagination, and duck a lot, could be considered golf.
