Want simple, powerful communication and collaboration tools for your organization without the usual hassle and cost? Whether you need to collaborate with other staff, volunteers, board committees or external partners, Google Apps will let your members communicate and work together online, ALL FOR FREE. This TechTuesday you will begin to use tools that can help your group communicate and collaborate more effectively. These tools include:

• Email accounts with your own domain (you@your organization.org)
• Shared Calendar
• Document Collaboration
• Discussion Groups
• File Sharing

This is a hands-on class. Seating is limited.

No food or drinks will be permitted into the computer lab.

University of Baltimore's Business Center, Lower Level, Room 002-015

The Business Center is located at 11 W. Mt Royal Avenue (between N Charles and Maryland Ave.)
